- What is Biometric Data? Biometric Data includes identifiers like a scan of face geometry or a voiceprint. When you upload User Content with faces or voices, we may process data considered "biometric."
- Purpose of Collection: We use Biometric Data solely to provide and improve our AI-powered Services as requested by you, such as animating characters or generating voice performances.
- Consent: By accepting our Terms of Service, this Privacy Policy, and uploading User Content containing identifiable faces or voices, you provide your informed, written consent for us to process any Biometric Data within that content for the purposes described herein. You warrant you have obtained consent from any other individuals in your content.
- Disclosure: We will not sell, lease, or trade your Biometric Data. We only disclose it with your consent, as required by law, or to essential service providers bound by confidentiality.
- Retention and Destruction: We will retain Biometric Data only as long as needed to fulfill the purpose of collection, or for a maximum of three (3) years from your last interaction with us, whichever comes first. After this period, we will permanently destroy it.
